Relish IQ required an interface overhaul to simplify dense financial data visualization within its Data Assure and Invoice AI modules. The legacy interface lacked structural hierarchy, making complex invoice processing and data validation error-prone for financial analysts working in high-stress environments under strict NDA constraints.
Inclusive UX & Error Recovery
Data density in financial interfaces often leads to misclicks and eye strain. The solution introduces dynamic row spacing, customizable font sizing for varying visual abilities, and high-visibility error highlights that point out data discrepancies without relying solely on red color indicators.
